Member Survey Program

The Member Survey Program offers select organizations the opportunity to conduct a member survey at a fraction of the normal cost.  This offer is available to the first 50 participants who sign up.  The deadline to confirm your participation is Monday, May 17, 2010.

Program Description
Morey Group will design, program, and host a standardized member survey online, and provide participants with email invitation language and a URL.  Participants will send out an email invitation to all of their members with a link to the survey.  Morey Group will tabulate the results and prepare a final report, including cross-tabulations, color graphs, and a summary of key results.  Participants will receive up-to-date information on member household characteristics and demographics, member satisfaction, usage habits, reasons for joining, likelihood of renewing, and more.  All results will be benchmarked to those of 30+ other cultural attractions to provide context.

Timeline
•    May 17: Deadline to confirm participation and submit 50% deposit
•    May 24: Survey live, email invitation sent to all members
•    June 14: Final report completed and 50% final payment invoiced

Cost
Your cost is $950.  This is 1/10 of the cost of a fully customized member survey.  In order to participate, we require a 50% deposit ($475) by May 17.

We will use a standardized survey for all participants, and we will provide only a summary of key results.  To qualify for this price, a minimum of 30 organizations must participate.  Participation will be limited to the first 50 organizations who sign up.  Your participation is confirmed when you submit your 50% deposit.
