The Benchmark Reports are annually updated reports on findings of visitor and member surveys. These reports provide reference points for your own visitor and member surveys or can be used to improve your understanding of cultural attraction visitors and members and how they rate their experiences and/or the membership program. 

These comparisons allow you to identify your strengths and weaknesses in experiences and programs and to identify possible differences between your visitors and members versus other organizations.
