Strategic Planning
Our experience with working with more than 100 cultural attractions for
more than 20 years has given us extensive experience. However,
one thing we have learned over the years is no single cultural
attraction is the same as another. Therefore, our strategic
planning capitalizes on our experiences but is also research based
which allows us to design a plan customized to the unique differences
of each of our clients.
Audience Segmentation Study
The
Bronx Zoo conducted an Audience Segmentation Study to determine in what
markets attendance could be increased and the revenue impact of
increasing attendance from different markets. This study also
identified different marketing approaches for different markets.
Strategic Planning
The
Wildlife Experience used Morey Group to conduct a research based
strategic plan. The plan is being used to guide the Museum to
increase attendance, enhance marketing efforts, improve the experience,
and increase on-site revenue opportunities. The Museum has
increased attendance by better marketing itself and at the same time
has increased revenue by increasing admission prices.
