Benchmark Reports


Annually, we benchmark our clients survey results to provide a Benchmark Report which compares results among cultural attractions. These reports can be broken down by museums, zoos, and aquariums, or by region. The analysis we provide for our clients includes the benchmark comparisons. It is very important to make comparisons recognizing the impact of audience differences between markets and attractions. Our conclusions take this into account as it relates to ratings.
